Dear Member,
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of the Tasmanian Whisky & Spirits Association Incorporated (TWSA), to be held at 8.15 AM on Monday, 26 October 2026 at the Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery, Dunn Place, Hobart TAS 7000.
At the meeting, TWSA Members will be asked to:
· Confirm the minutes of the last preceding Annual General Meeting;
· Receive from the Committee, reports on the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year of the Association;
· Elect two Committee members;
· Appoint the auditor;
· Consider Special Resolutions, of which due notice has been given.

Note: Membership fees must be paid in full to facilitate voting on the Special Resolutions.
If you are nominating for the Committee, please return your nomination form to the Secretary, via ido@twsa.net.au by 12 noon, Wednesday 21 October 2026.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to nominate a proxy, please send your completed form to the Secretary, via ido@twsa.net.au, or present it to the Secretary at the meeting before it commences. Proxy nominations presented after the meeting has commenced will not be valid.
The AGM will be followed by the 2026 TWSA Conference at the Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery, followed by a Gala Dinner at PIER. Details of the program and tickets are available from Humanitix. Please book as soon as possible so we can finalise numbers.
